Designed to introduce new students with core Jiu Jitsu concepts, techniques and positions in the most simple way.

The class environment is organised to be warm and inviting to foster a positive learning atmosphere for all newcomers.

  • Everyone is welcome. More experienced students will help the less experienced students to understand and learn more about BJJ.

    Suitable for newcomers, beginners, or returning to BJJ after a long break, looking to sharpen core skills.

  • Go at your own pace, in this program you will have improvements in your strength, balance and overall conditioning

    It's designed to accommodate people with no martial arts or sports background.​

  • Basic BJJ concepts, positions and techniques are simplified to break down the complexity of Jiujitsu for beginners.

    Understanding these basics will prepare your mind and body to learn techniques and movements that are more complex in our Intermediate program.
